Beauty School Dropout

While I was away, my golden retriever was using my beloved Mason Pearson brush (note which noun gets the adjective).

She looks lovely, but . . .

can my brush be salvaged?

  1. i seriously hate when people leave comments that simply say, lol, but i must admit, i was certainly laughing out loud. i've never tried a mason pearson brush, but i know how people feel about them, so i fully understand why that's the beloved item. i'm sure your golden looks nicely groomed.

  2. I need to replace my brush and was shocked at how expensive they are these days! Worth it, but still.

  4. Hmmmm. It will probably never be the same, although you'll have the best groomed Golden for miles around.

  5. Oh, boy, I suppose you could try, but I would just go and buy a new one if it was me. Even if it is $29.

  6. enc--Where is it $29?! The sites I've been looking at begin at $90. Or are you being drily witty here? ;-)

The brush is in the garbage. I don't think I can bear the spectre of fleas, even though I know Queenie is clean.
