In the Middle Ages the gap represented lust (a la Chaucer's Wife of Bath). It has a long history of different representations. I just think it's charming after so many "enhanced" mouths!

I am mad for her less than perfect and yet totally perfect smile.
I heard that the gap between the two front teeth indicated something about singing talent. If that is true she should be a good singer..right?!

children are such a fascinating amalgam of both parents, one has to believe that we subsconsciously breed with someone who looks like ourself.
The child I am interested in seeing is Iman and David Bowies.
