I would n.e.v.e.r. wear anything reptilian
(can’t even type the other word),
but these boots by Malandrino,
with their laser-cut lacy styling on top
made me look twice.
Available at Vivre.

Laser cut seems to be in fashion at the moment. I wouldn't dare to look at the price of that thing. Just really really beautiful to look at. :)
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of snake? I am most definitely not. I just recently asked Songy to buy an anaconda bag so there would be one less of those horrible creatures on the planet.
ReplyDeleteIt is a pretty boot. But, all that wrapping around the ankle makes me think of a s-word wrapped around my ankle. Other than that, they are pretty.
If I ignore the material (ick) used her, I like the style of this boot very much. But I'll admire it from the protective distance of the internet, thank you!
ReplyDeleteOoh, snakeskin feels so nice :-P
ReplyDeleteI'm not so down on the old snake. Not that I can afford much of it!
ReplyDeleteThey are, indeed, something to tempt an Eve with.
ReplyDeleteI admit: I am a snake lover. I ADORE anything snakeskin--why don't you, out of curiosity?
ReplyDeleteOh dear--it's embarrassingly simple: I'm squeamish!
ReplyDeleteWhat's interesting—among other things—about these boots is the subtlety of that snakeskin. It's just enough and not too much.
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying the color a lot.
These look so Russian, and new money.
