To prove to myself that Marimekko can also make a flattering fit, here is a detail from the Uuli dress, with an equally pretty print, all watercoloury teals and pink clay.
I actually think the other dress might suit me better (I'm so short-waisted I tend to avoid belts), and you've inspired me to pop into the Marimekko store and try something on instead of just thinking about it. One of these days . . .
