The Tibi shoes came yesterday (about two months ahead of schedule!).
Problem is, they remind me of clown shoes, with the really quite-too-large button embellishment and toes that turn up ever so slightly..
And you know I prefer Boho to Bozo.
So . . . they’re going back, but there’s a little L.A.M.B. who’s going to follow me to school (college) next week. (I just spied them on Couture Carrie's blog.)
Oh, too bad about the shoes, but if you don't love them, it's better to send them back, and get something you DO love!
ReplyDeleteThat was a very clever post title, by the way.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got it. You know how I love a pun . . .
ReplyDeleteOf course, I could also have said "Tibi or not Tibi."
ReplyDeleteLOL I'm sure you'd find something you'd love. Interesting design tho.. I'd have that kind of thing on a bag not on my feet.
ReplyDeleteEither title would be excellent. I think these shoe boots are lovely. Too bad about the Tibis but you are so comfortable with the return it's just water off a duck's back! Secretly, I think you really like getting parcels in the mail :-)
ReplyDeleteLove those LAMBs.
ReplyDeleteSongy, Of course I'll have to see whether they work. I love eccentric shoes as long as they're not silly.
ReplyDeleteK.Line, I *do* like getting parcels! It dates back to my boarding school days where we'd all look to the parcel list to see whether anyone from "home" had sent us something.
ReplyDeleteWendyB, I thought you might. They also come in black, which is more subtle, but with petals/mermaid scales/scallops, who wants subtle?
ReplyDeleteOh, I so know what you mean. To be the first on the post queue was "the thing"... And if someone sent food, well that was perfect.
ReplyDeleteaww clown shoes :(
ReplyDeletelook cute to me
xoxo
